Meet Eugene

Eugene lives within NOA as our custom AI Bot built on Salesforce’s AgentForce. Today, Eugene can take customer service calls and assist internal staff with policies, procures and finding answers. He is currently learning to take payments and assist in sales calls. Soon he’ll be working with collections and outbound sales.
